The sessions were facilitated by Ms. S. Kalavathy, Director of Academic Affairs at the Asia Chartered Institute of Marketing, providing valuable insights into professional networking, effective teamwork, leadership development, and time management strategies. In Networking and team-building workshops, students learn how to establish professional relationships, enhance communication, and collaborate effectively in teams. They develop leadership, conflict resolution, and trust-building skills essential for workplace success. Interactive games and activities, such as problem-solving challenges, role-playing, and icebreakers, reinforce teamwork, adaptability, and decision-making.
