Sesmini, HR Executive, IFS and Ms. R. Thurika, HR Executive 3 Axis Lab. <\/strong>The session was designed to provide students with a deeper understanding of employer expectations during internships and future employment. The speakers highlighted essential skills needed for success in the workplace, including communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability. They emphasized the importance of self-awareness, time management, and emotional intelligence as key factors in thriving within a professional environment. Through real-life examples and interactive discussions, the presenters guided students on how to align their academic learnings with industry demands. The workshop also covered strategies for building a professional network, personal branding, and handling workplace challenges.
