A Leadership and Personality Development Programme was held on 27 July 2026 for third-year HRM students, organized by Prof. Robinson and Ms. N. Jasintha. The programme aimed to enhance students’ leadership capabilities, communication skills, self-confidence, teamwork, and interpersonal effectiveness. It provided an opportunity for students to strengthen their personal and professional competencies, preparing them to take on future leadership roles and succeed in their careers.
